This is the media hub for the **SYNC 2 (MyFord Touch)** system. It is **NOT** compatible with the newer Sync 3 system and it is **NOT** the part needed to upgrade to Apple CarPlay. This is a direct replacement for a faulty Sync 2 media hub.
It is the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY to confirm their vehicle is equipped with the Sync 2 system and that this is the correct part. Please check your original hub to confirm a match.
