CRITICAL NOTE ON PART NUMBERS:
BMW used many different versions of the FRM module (e.g., Basis, XE, AHL, MAX Brose) depending on options like Xenon headlights, adaptive lighting, or power mirrors. It is **ESSENTIAL** that you match the features and part number series of your original unit. Installing an incompatible module may result in lights not working or errors.
PROGRAMMING REQUIRED:
This is a coded electronic module. After installation, it **MUST** be coded/programmed to your specific vehicle (VIN and VO) using BMW standard tools (NCEXpert, ISTA/P, etc.) to function correctly. Without coding, some features (like window auto-up or specific light behaviors) may not work. Please consult a BMW specialist.
